This policy explains how Nefertiti Limited processes data for NextRun (nextrun.fyi).

What we collect

Email address (sign-in), planner preferences you save (unlocks, session length, settings), and subscription status from our payment provider (Paddle). Basic server logs may include IP and user-agent.

Why we use it

To authenticate you, sync planner state, process Pro subscriptions, and keep the service secure.

Processors

We use Neon (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Paddle (payments / Merchant of Record). Paddle processes payment data under their own policies.

Retention

Account and profile data are kept while your account is active. You can email us to request deletion.
